so far i only know of 3 hospitals in the downtown baltimore area:mgh, jhh, mercy. i am looking for a job if you guys have any hints please let me know because i am in dire need of a job. if there are any other places i should be looking for i want to stay in the balitmore area please hit a girl up:typing!

have you submitted applications to any hospitals? i heard mercy's vacancy rate is either 3.x% and that's very low. i'm sure most hospitals are starting to fill up. Just turn your application in at places you think you want to work and show up for the interviews. I'm sure there are still spots left.

Thanks I am going down aug 19 I have 5 interviews in 2 days whoo already have a headace and now I have to figure out how to get my license by endorsement or at least a temp permit so that I can work in MD

I applied to every single hosp listed on this blog. There are def more jobs here than in Massachusetts

I just started working back at Mercy as a RN...I was there as a tech and loved it and that is why I went back (plus the pay isn't bad either). I've had clinicals at Franklin Square, Good Sam, Upper Chesapeake, and Sinai. I love Good Sam! I just liked the environment in general. No bad experiences at any of them though.
