Hospitals accepting nurse trainee or volunteer in NCR

Hi there!!! Can anyone give me a list of hospitals here in NCR that have nurse training program/volunteer program? I tried applying in several hospitals here in Cavite but they're still into freeze hiring right now. I passed the board last Feb, and up to now I haven't had any experience. I'm feeling a bit frustrated for several months already. I'm always stacked at home doing nothing. So if there's anyone out there that can suggest any hospitals....

try to apply at pasay city general hospital, it's my second of third month training there.it's fun and you may gain a lot of experience and master your skills because you can do everything as in everything.:D also there is no fee when applying as a volunteer at PCGH. GOOD LUCK :D

hi johnsia..i went there last month and one of their requirement is that you have to get a recommendation letter from the pasay city hall..thats what the nurse from nursing service office told me.. is it true?

Do they accept applicants who are outside of pasay residence?thnks

JANUARY of 2009, the problem is there are so many APPLICANTS that submitted this DECEMBER with CONNECTIONS so they were included in DEC 21 - FEB 19 batch. Too bad to applicants that don't have connections.

hi nurse pukyaw, I'm aso currently having my training at Surgical ward of Ospital ng Maynila, It's true that a lot of our batchmates have connections that's why they were incuded in the batch. I, myself passed application last March, but some of trainees with connections passed their applications this November only and got included on Dec batch..

Hi skittymoody Yes its true, in a government or even private institution CONNECTION, BACKERS is a MUST!!!

Anyway the exposure in INFIRMARY ward is so boring. GOODLUCK

There's a jeep going to QMMC just outside Trinoma. There's also the terminal at SM North, just look for the City Hall jeepneys..
