  1. hi anne, whats your board rating? because they said you should have 80% above rating to get in at slmc. is it true? thanks! and by the way, in what department are you assigned?
  2. hi! what are the steps in applying at tmc because i went there last year and they let me wrote my name and board rating on their logbook as part of their intial screening. No resumes, whatsoever. Is the procedure still the same this year? thank you so much!
  3. my friend is now a trainee in ancillary dept. he said that he will be trained for 3 months.. and then after that whats next? did the hr told you that you will be automatically absorbed after 3 months of training? thanks!

  11. i agree with you piguant. In times like this, we have to be PRACTICAL most especially when it comes to time and money. Like what you've said, We cant just sit in one corner waiting for that nursing job. What if that nursing job will come to us in 2012? could you wait for that long doing nothing and just a BUM for 2 years? of course NOT! we have to be practical, we have to be productive!!

  13. exactly, im looking for an institution who conduct training for nurses to be a phlebotomist. Does anyone know any institution?
  14. well, if you can afford it, why not? but take note! ACLS has an expiration date. =)
  15. yes..that's what i knew too.. but some of the clinic here, they require nurses who are phlebotomist..i'm planning to apply actually, but the problem is i'm an IV Therapist Nurse and not a phlebotomist. now i'm confused.
