Hi, I just got my first RN job of my nursing career in Hopsice and HomeCare. I wanted to see if any of you had some tips or advice for this specialty, especially if you have worked in this area before. Any great reference books/articles that you found helpful?? Thank you!!

I would suggest reading through the posts in those specialties on this forum. I think you'll find a lot of information there.

I just watched a really good hospice related film on netflix called "serving life" it was so good!
Otherwise I suggest joining the HPNA and doing lots of continuing education, there cont ed is geared towards the hospice nurse.
