Horror stories traveling?

Curious to know of any problems experienced while traveling...things told regarding assignments which are lies...defensive maneuvers...best places to travel..worst places to travel. It is possible for me to travel, just wondered what the advantages are...?

Traveling is fun especially if you are single. You meet so many people, I think it teaches you to become very flexible. You only get 2-3 days of orientation on the unit and you are on your own. But nursing is nursing everywhere you go, all you have to do is get to know your way around the unit. I have friends who have traveled in California and loved it. I am currently traveling in Florida, the only thing nice about it, is the weather. Haven't had too many good experiences down here. :)

Well, I'm in Singapore right now and having a good time. Going to Vietnam tomorrow...hopefully the fun will continue!

Hi zenman! Where in Vietnam?

I'm heading to So. Cal this coming weekend for our first meeting/retreat to get ready for our trip to Vietnam this summer. I'm going to take my 17 year old daughter this summer.
