I took the nclex-rn yesterday and it shut off around 240.. i am not sure what to expect.. I had a huge range of questions from priority, peds, newborn, a few select all that apply, meds, med surg.. and everything inbetween.. I guess i am just worried because it shut off at 240. I also dont know if I answered the last few questions right.. anyone have any idea what that means or where my luck is? Or if anyone knows anyone who has had a situation like me and passed. Im also very nervous because I now have a job already working under my IP which is very stressful if i dont pass.. I have been keeping my faith alive and praying for the best... if anyone has any advice.. that would be great..thanks so much.

You will need to continue to wait. As posted multiple times here, the number of questions that one receives has absolutely no bearing on determining the results. And how the last question was answered has no bearing at all.
I understand that it is very stressful, but you will need to wait until you can either get your results from Pearson-Vue if your state participates in Quick Results or from your BON directly.
Best of luck to you.

:hngon:]Hang in there. Like Suzanne said, the number of questions does not matter. The exam is hard to predict, best to wait for the results. Good luck.

Good luck and really try to relax and not worry about the exam, I know it is easier said than done but nothing you can do now but wait for results
HI suzanne. i was just wondering if you knew anything about recieving results and that since the BRN is closed today.. will that affect getting our results? I took mine on wed.. and hopefully waiting to receice results but i am not sure because they are closed.
If they are closed today and they will be the first and third Friday of each month until the budget issue is resolved, there is no one there to issue the license to you. Average wait time for CA is ten days, and can be up to a month. Earliest is about three days. And if you tested on Wednesday, then you are looking at less than two days as well as the fact that they are closed.
Do not expect to see anything before Monday, but since they are closed that will also mean that there are others in front of you to be processed as well that tested earlier this week.

There is nothing you can do since you have already taken the test, so don't worry yourself about it. Congratulate yourself for having taken the test and relax. Find something to occupy yourself with until you find out your results. Good luck.
