Holmes ADN acceptance letters for Fall 2011

Has anyone heard when the acceptance letters are going out for the Fall 2011 ADN program at Holmes Community College - Ridgeland?

No and that's strange because the director told me that letters were ready to be sent out last Friday! And that they send them out on Fridays. None of my friends have gotten any letters except an email about LPN, and surely everyone I know didn't get in. LOL. I guess they are slow this year for some reason.

I wonder if they were held up by the Good Friday holiday last week. I'm so anxious to find out something that I don't have a fingernail left. They've all been chewed.

I know exactly what you mean. I remember it very very well. If you don't mind, I'd like to know when you find out something. I have to go to campus tomorrow and I am going to try to find out if they have sent them out or what.

Hi, I was just reading your discussion and I also applied to Holmes. I called and talked to the secretary of the nursing program yesterday morning and she said that letters would be going out either yesterday after noon or today and that we should all know something by the end of the week. I made sure to mention that a lot of us were waiting to make a decision about hinds based on what we hear back from Holmes and that we didn't have a lot of time left to decide. Just wanted to let everyone know what I had heard!

Thank erin_b. I sure hope they go out this week. I didn't receive anything today so I'm guessing she wasn't able to get them out yesterday. I feel like calling her and telling her I'll drive to Grenada and help her if she needs some help. :)

I almost forgot to post that I also got in! Wednesday of last week I got my letter and nearly fainted from relief! haha! See you in the fall! :):hug:

I'm applying to the program next fall and was just wondering to those who got in, what did you make on the ACT? Wondering how much I should up mine or if it is high enough.
