Will you be changing your holiday plans? How will this year be different than last year? Will you be going back to your old traditions?

Same as last year. Just cooking, hubby and I. One positive change is I don't think I'll be sick this year and probably won't have lost my sense of taste/smell. ?

We just moved out of state from our families, so things may be quite different this year!
My boyfriend and I are heading home for Thanksgiving, and our families will be sharing the holiday meal together, which will be interesting (probably in a fun/entertaining way, LOL). Normally neither of our families is into Thanksgiving, but I managed to get a good stretch of days off, so we're taking full advantage of it.
I'm working Christmas Eve night and Christmas Day night, so if my boyfriend doesn't go home (which he probably won't), it'll be just the two of us for Christmas and New Years. I've been pretty ambivalent about Christmas as an adult, especially since we don't have kids at this time, but I've always loved celebrating New Years together; we watch stupid movies, make a bunch of tasty appetizers and finger foods, and write a list of his/hers/ours resolutions. Our holidays are always socially distanced, LOL, so Thanksgiving wil be the biggest thing, with both our immediate families (8-9 people max).
