Hi! Can anyone share how phase 2 is set up? I understand no one wants to share details bc of the unfairness but just the structure, how many people, the environment, was it rapid fire, were they mean etc

Hi guys! 
Just wanted to leave my info too! 
 

I've been a nurse 6 years now. I'm a CTICU nurse now 4 years (in March). I have my CCRN, CSC, CMC. Graduated with a 3.8 GPA from nursing school.

 

I submitted my application 11/16 (had taken my CASPER 10/29). Received an email for phase 1 interview 11/18. And I interviewed yesterday 11/21. They asked personal questions and the interview was about 15 minutes total. 
 

I am currently just waiting to hear back if I got a phase 2 interview! Wish me luck! Let me know if you have any questions!

Hey guys! Just wondering if anyone who had a phase 1 interview in October has received a rejection yet? also, has anyone who interviewed on 10/31 gotten a secondary interview recently? Just trying to judge how low my hopes should be haha
