Hi, wondering if anyone can help me out with a couple questions? I see their deadline is feb 1st but theyre giving interviews prior to the deadline, is there a percentage they accept before the deadline and after the deadline? the two interviews people are receiving, is the first one clinical and second one emotional intelligence or are they both clinical? lastly, are they very strict on the two year ICU experience? I would not have the two years by the deadline but would have it prior to starting the program thank you in advance

No rejection email yet—- I looked on older forums and it seems for the past two years they didn't send invites for interviews until a week before? Not sure if that will be the case this time around.
