Hiring process in Summerlin Hospital, Las Vegas, Nevada

Hi everyone! I'm just wondering if anybody here works in Las Vegas or knows somebody who works at Summerlin Hospital?

I would like to know how their hiring process works.

I submitted an application through their career portal and after 3 weeks I received an email from their recruiter that I am being considered. I took the DNA test and passed. After a day or two I was called for an interview. I had the interview and it felt like I did well then after that the nursing manager told me that every correspondence will be from the HR and told me it may take some time because of the new system they have.

It has been 3 weeks since my interview. Is it normally like this? By the way that was my FIRST job interview so I don't really know how it works here. I am a newly-licensed RN but have been a nurse back in my country.

I am still hoping though. I really like it there. I would really love to work there.

I hope somebody out there who had the same experience or if you know how the hiring process in Summerlin Hospital works please please please let me know.
