I graduated in May 2010 and i still haven't found a job. I had no idea that it would take this long and leave me this frustrated. At this point i feel like giving up. There are sooooo many hospitals in broward county but only a select few considering or even hiring new grads. This is the absolute worst time to be a new grad rn!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel so alone :(

I live in broward county. I worked for an HCA hospital for 4 months. hated it!! I now work for hospice and i am a new grad. keep your chin up and have faith. The manager that hired me with Hospice told me that she like my self confidence!! Smile lots and build up your self confidence.

Thanx!!! I'll look into hospice ... I didn't think they hired new grads though. And I looked in west FL but it's just as bad .. Just hoping something pulls through... :sniff:
