I thought I would start a thread for those of us applying to HCC's Spring 2013 nursing program. I am a Veterinary Technician/stay at home mom. I'm gathering everything for my application and hoping to drop it off at HCC soon. The deadline isn't until 6/1 but they recommend turning it in at least 30 days in advance. I'm a current HCC student. I was planning on applying for Fall this year, but am now expecting a little girl to arrive in July so spring it is! My pre-req GPA is 3.86 (all A's and 1 B), I'm hoping that this is good enough to get me a spot in the program for DM evening classes. Good luck to all!

they still don't show their names on the schedule. Do you study calculations?
It's a pretty simple upload and submit. They also have an easy to use free app for iPhone. I am starting to review A&P and some calculations. I do not have the texts yet. The website dosagehelp.com has some good practice questions.
Ladies, do you have any recommendations for what kind of shoes is better to get. Since we will be spending long hours in a hospital , I want to get the most comfortable shoes. Thanks !!!
Anybody know of a scrub brand that carries Port Wine scrubs? I know they made it clear that it had to be port wine, I see wine online but not port wine. Anybody have suggestions or is port wine that much different from regular wine?
