I plan to attend to HCC's 2013 fall evening nursing program (applying in Jan). I am curious to see what people people's GPA is going in. I hear spring's is lower than fall's.

That doesn't help me since the Science lab courses are 1 credit and everything else is 3 credits which throws off the standard calculations.

^With the top group of grades you have a 3.71.

^With the second group of grades you have a 3.57.

Enjoy. The important thing is you have over a 3.5 which is an alternate at least, I'm sure.

Or will they be able to look it up? Also, how do they organize the morning and afternoon classes? Is it first choice by GPA? Thanks in advance for help!

They can look it up, but as I learned from the Spring 2013 application period, if you want to be super extra thorough, include an extra copy in your app which they will send back to you if they don't need it. That covers all the bases, so to speak.

On your app you select your initial choice for which time period just so they get an idea. Pretty sure it goes from GPA down.

@Gradius- Thank you so much for the quick reply, I had no choice but to turn in my application with an unofficial copy since the last of my pre-requisite was completed this fall semester, I would have to wait forever for the HCC to mail me the official copy. Hopefully that was good enough, I did attach official transcript from SPC where I took my other pre-requisites. IF you don't mind me asking, are you in the HCC nursing program now? and is it quite difficult??
