Hey Guys! I've seen forums for Fall 2020 but none for Spring 2021 even though the deadline is coming up in a couple of months! I thought I'd set a forum up to ask questions and help each other out! I haven't even taken my TEAS yet because everything is closed but anyway!

Overall GPA- 3.7

Pre-req GPA- 3.4

TEAS -N/A

Hi all! Does anyone know if I took a higher level class if it will satisfy the prerequisite? I took MCB4403 for Microbiology instead of MCB2000.

@bethany_l I would email hcc healthscience to check with them if it will satisfy because ultimately its up to them I think.

Hey! Hoping someone can answer!

I submitted my paper application about 3 weeks ago (beginning of July) but I’m currently visiting in TX so I’m getting worried they never received it. Should I email them or wait another week?

I hope I get in! My prereq is a 3.43 :/ hoping that’s good enough to get in. My overall is a 3.65 so maybe they’ll take that into account over TEAS!

@Cheyenne Deimler did you include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your paper application? If you did they should send it back with a confirmation date to represent that they've received your application. I just sent my paper application in last week so I haven't heard back either but they only receive mail on Mondays so that could also be why it's so slow. I would email or call since it's been three weeks for you and it doesn't hurt to email . Also supposedly they only look at overall GPA as a tie-breaker just to let you know

Hi everyone!

I wish everyone the best of luck! I applied for Fall 2020 and did not get in hoping I will get in for Spring 2021 with a 3.47 GPA prerequisites and a 3.65 overall GPA. If they consider the AP I retook at Keiser and got an A then my prereq GPA will be a 3.72. Best of luck to all

They received my app. And sent a letter back! But now what? Will they start going through documents. When do we find out we got in?

@Cheyenne Deimler they start building a profile and organizing application documentation for each person. we won't find out anything about if we got in or if one is possibly an alternate or denied; for approximately 6-8 weeks after the August 15th deadline it may even take a week or two longer it depends on the volume of applications they receive that's why they always say approximately I doubt we'd find out anytime prior to the 6-8 weeks after August 15th.

Hi all! I’m getting ready to submit my application, and have requested all my transcripts to be sent. I know it’s not required, but did anyone submit their TEAS score with their application? And if so, did you just attach a copy of It to the application or did you request for It to be sent from ATI?

Hey! I submitted my TEAS score with my Application. I took it at Dale Mabry so I didn’t have to send them the score from ATI, but I did attach a copy of the score report with my application. When I got my confirmation of receipt of my application from them they also acknowledged receipt of the copy of my TEAS score.

Thank you @Savannah Olsen for posting that, it gives me hope too, since I have a 3.47 prerequisite GPA too, Becca this is Devin from the facebook group just fyi
