Hillsborough Community College Nursing Program Application Spring 2022

Hey everyone!

This post is for the Spring 2022 Nursing program at HCC. I applied for the Fall and was not accepted so trying again for Spring!

GPA was calculated as 3.28

Fall’s cutoff GPA was 3.52 which seems incredibly low for that semester so here’s to hoping Spring is even lower! Good luck!!

Yes! Also, after you’re done with finger prints, make sure to send a pic of the paper they give you to health sciences for proof you did it before the 23rd!

Hi guys, I got my acceptance email yesterday into Dale Mabry, cohort 1 my first choice!! I already sent in my documents just need to call to do my fingerprints. I hope they give us enough time to do our CPR certification and check up appointment.

Just wanted to let you know that if you go through HCC for your CPR you get a discount! I paid $35 for mine! Let me look, and I’ll find the lady’s email that I had to speak to for the code!

Thanks. My prereq GPA is 3.86. Cohort 3 was my first choice. You’ll get in too!

Also, as far as health insurance goes, what’s everyone using? (You don’t have answer if you don’t want). I’m trying to figure out what company I should set up the cheapest insurance through just to get through the program ?

Oh really! I didn’t know this, do they do it at Brandon campus or any campus? And yes thank you so much!

Did anyone’s email mention anything about doing the drug test before a certain date? I’m not seeing it in mine.
