Hillsborough Community College Nursing Program Application Spring 2022

Hey everyone!

This post is for the Spring 2022 Nursing program at HCC. I applied for the Fall and was not accepted so trying again for Spring!

GPA was calculated as 3.28

Fall’s cutoff GPA was 3.52 which seems incredibly low for that semester so here’s to hoping Spring is even lower! Good luck!!

My prerequisites still say under review. 
 

Also did anyone see where HCC got state approval to start a BSN program? I think that’s awesome!

Here’s the link. This is all they’ve said on it so far. I think they have to get one more approval and then they’ll be able to implement it in Fall of 2022!

Man U guys have it easy, I’m in New York and I’m fighting for my life to get into a decent nursing program.

makes me want to jump state.

HCC says there is no waiting list is this true?

There’s no waiting list but out of 450-500 applicants only 144 get in each semester. So the odds are very competitive.

What are the requirements for your program?

Hello, I'm applying for this Spring semester and came across this forum, I'm hoping I get in this Spring! My prerequisite GPA is a 3.56 and my cumulative HCC GPA is 3.2 I'm hoping my 3.2 doesn't ruin my chances of getting into this program so fingers crossed. And a 71 on my TEAS.
