I know some of us were discouraged to find out that we didnt get in for Fall. The cut off was the highest theyve ever seen and some were shocked to find out their true pre-req GPA. We have another chance to accomplish our dream of becoming an RN and I am hopeful we will all get in for Spring. Historically it is an easier semester to get into, last GPA cutoff for 2019 Spring was a 3.381 so there is hope. If you dont mind posting GPA and TEAS and when youve submitted the app. Round 2, lets go!
I’m unsure. Was thinking it was possibility. I’m sure it’s a lot of applications to sort through as well as other Health Science programs that may have Spring term admittance. However, I’m thinking by now they would know whose being accepted. It’s just a matter of ensuring everyone’s paperwork is accounted for. We shall see what tomorrow brings about.
Well, I don't know about the rest of you all, but I am on the edge of my seat today. I really hope @Bean27 is right and we hear today. I don't know if I'll be able to relax this weekend otherwise ? Anyone trying to come up with ways to stay distracted this weekend, just in case?
I am a little on edge today. Just want to know if I will be accepted or not. As far as distractions this weekend I haven't come up with any outside of house work. How about yourself?
@Tiese Scott Same! I just want to know one way or another so I can prepare for the next steps. I have a church conference tonight, but nothing else planned for this weekend. I'm with you @yrosabal! I really am keeping my fingers crossed that today is the day. I keep checking WebAdvisor and my email like a crazy person to see if there is anything at all! When I called earlier this week to ask if they knew when notifications were going out, I was just told "4-6 weeks from the application deadline." Well, yesterday was 5 weeks!
I’m checking this site more than my email hoping someone on here will be the first to say I got the email lol. They better not make us wait until the final 6th week!
I know this maybe a crazy question, but does anyone think we will find out the same time those who are going through Transition from LPN to RN program? Based on the Nursing Application both basic and transition students will attend the same orientation. If that's the case it maybe a while because their application deadline just passed on Sunday, September 15th. I'm unsure maybe I'm overthinking things.
