Hello everyone,
So my dream since I can remember has been to become a nurse; however, it seems as if it will never happen. I recently finished my pre-requisite courses to apply to the fall semester of the HCC nursing program. While I did not get any C's I made mostly B's :blink:earning A's in two classes and one lab. I realize this is not good enough since it puts my GPA at around a 3.38. Since I did not fail any of my classes, I don't believe I will be able to retake them. Is there any possible way to retake them? Or any way to increase my GPA since they mainly look at the pre-requisite courses? If not, what other options do I have for becoming a nurse? If anyone is out there who could offer any help it would be greatly appreciated. I will submit my application regardless but I don't have any high hopes of getting accepted, if there is anyway to increase my chances I would be so grateful to find out!
They gave me credit for English 1 from highschool so in advising, they said I could not take it and had to jump to English 2.
@cane, is there anyway you could email the excel doc to me?
My email is [email protected]
Thank you @nursinghopeful2344! Thanks @cane! Can you email it to me at [email protected]?
Also, I turned in my application on Tuesday the 14th in the dropbox but nothing has been updated on my Web Advisor account saying that my application was even received. Anyone else in the same boat as me??? So nervous!! I just want to know already lol!
Thanks @NursingHopeful2344! So you sent ur app in before Christmas and it is just now reading as documents received? My account doesn't even show all the documents. I know initially it's supposed to list all the docs and listed as needed ASAP. But my web advisor doesn't even show those documents as needing to be received ASAP.

I have a nursing program prerequisites GPA calculator on Excel that I got from HCC's Dr. Whitlock. I was not able to attach it to this mesage, but I can email it to you, if you like, unless you got another idea on how I would get it to you.
