I spoke with Ms Ordoyne today and she told me that they just met with the Brandon hospital today, and we should hear from them by tomorrow Friday(hopefully).

I had my blood titers and shots done at the Lakeside Occupational Medical Center. They have many locations in the Tampa Bay area, and they are one of the most reasonable places I found. It cost me $230 to get done what I was missing.(Blood titers for Varicella and Polio, a chest X-ray and the Tdap vaccine). Here is their link:

Anyone having issues downloading documents to Cert Pro? I was unable to download pdf files. I contacted customer service & they said try downloading a diff web browser. I downloaded the web browser per their instruction. Still was unable to download a single page pdf. I am putting this out there because you might have to mail/fax them ... don't get caught mailing them late. Just a heads up...
