Hello all HCC Fall 2011 hopefuls! I have been following the Fall 2010 and Spring 2011 threads and thought maybe it was time to start Fall 2011 now that the application process has started.
I just turned my application in this past week and received my confirmation notice in the mail. Anyone else out there that has turned in their application?
What are your plans over the next 8 months to prepare for the first semester (provided we get in)?
Chall, I emailed MG (assistant dean of students) and she emailed me back the information about when the letters were being mailed and to "keep checking my mail." The health and science department did not send out a mass email. DON'T stress out!
The only person I've ever emailed was MF... who is MG? I'm feeling like i could've spent my time emailing that person instead because MF hardly ever replies. She's never there! Always on medical leave! I really hope she's okay because man.... she's like ALWAYS out. Anyhow... i'm not even bothering w/ my mailbox because i'm in miami and if you all live in tampa and have nothing then there isn't a chance i got mine yet lol tomorrow? I think the letters are gonna be in on Tues, and Wed. like it was last year.
MG is the assistant dean of students for health and sciences. I'm not sure how I acquired her email, but she has been very helpful in keeping me sane throughout this process. :) My nursing prerequisites were listed as not received for the longest time and she continually reassured me that everything was fine and that it was only because they had not yet been reviewed.
I know everyone has said nothing yet, but I'm still hopeful I'll find something in the mailbox when I get home. If not there's always tomorrow!!! Which means we can still celebrate Saturday night! Good luck everyone!
nope nothing here either. has anyone's progress toward degree requirement been updated recently? mine has never changed from 'not met/not started' & i'm wondering w/ the letters going out if they would've loaded info on there.

after i emailed a question to the generic health science dept email addy about the evaluation of my transcripts, MG was the one who replied...if you google 'HCC directory', you'll find her listed under the title eyoung mentioned.
Grrrrr.....Nothing here in Lakeland either. I emailed MG this morning and she emailed me back right away and said to expect them by first of the week........I'm thinking it will be tomorrow or Monday at the latest. They were mailed yesterday so they are on the way:yeah:
