I need them to practise and get prepared. I heard rumors that people have gotten previous exams (even the latest June RN exam) . Anyone knows anything about this?

I have never heard of this. Contact the CNO and see what they would recommend. Also, review study guides and focus on areas that are not your strongest.
Hope this helps.

I wrote the June RN exam and there isn't ONE exam, there are several given out in a fashion so as to prevent cheating. There is also an area on the exam where you have to agree not to disclose the contents of the exam you are writing. With this condition, I cannot see past RN exams being legally distributed.

Not in existence. However, Mosby & other study guides are loaded with similar questions. I'd recommend getting a book with a CD-ROM to study with.
The NCLEX is done via CAT testing, where questions are spontaneously generated on the computer screen from a large pool of possible questions -- each person's test is different. There is absolutely no way to know what you will be asked, though study guide questions can be similar.

I am disturbed that you would even ask this question! Even if you COULD get your hands on an exam, this would not be legal. There are plently of excellent prep. guides out there with mock exams/test questions that are very similar to the real thing. Check out this thread here: https://allnurses.com/forums/showthread.php?t=69179, or any one of numerous other threads on this board re. preparing for the exam.
