I took Micro at OCC, and I am taking a CNA course right now. I will be done with that on Friday.

I had Jen Pann and its a he. The class is not bad at all. I took it over the summer.

I am taking Pharm in the fall with O'Meara! I am nervous and just posted a question on what to expect.

thanks for that bit of infor. what can you tell me about the class concerning exams, quizzes, any papers to write? i should have taken that class this summer, i just slackened(sp) and wasted time.

i hope to take Sally for pharm in the winter. i heard she is good and had hoped to have her for both patho and pharm.

Hi-

He gives you slides and if you look at the slides and then reference the text your fine. I took it in the summer so we had 10 quizes (not cum), however in the full semester I believe you have 7 quizes and two discussions (no big papers)

He times the quiz and you have to know the stuff for the most part cuz he gives 1.5 min per question.

Sally--what did you hear about her? She just emailed me saying to read chapters 1-8..wow! Do you know if she is more paper or test driven??

Whats going on everyone!!

I am brand new to this site... and happend to stumble across this forum.

I am admitted to the Fall of 09 class as well, and have competed all of my pre-reqs and am currently taking NRS 220 and will be taking Patho next semester.

So if anyone has any questions on anything I'd be happy to try and help :)

Thanks AMAC..I am finishing up Organic Chemistry and I submitted my application for the Winter of 2010. I am writing the Personal Statement now this is hard for me. How was the interview process for you?

I was actually just going to say something about that interview... Since when have they added a interview into the process? I've never heard of them doing that whatsoever. I just applied and recieved an acceptance later shortly after with my start date. Then I had to send in $150.00 to hold my spot.

I never had to to an oral interview... Maybe they started it because of the high volume of applicants?

Thats Cool..You were accepted no questions asked. Just a holding fee..LOL. How did you do with your personal statement? Was it a struggle to write? How many pages was your statement? I plan to get mine all set and done and to the school by Monday

hahah there is another thing! No personal statement needed on my part!!!

When did you apply? Because I know I applied in 2004 for their very first class for 2005. It was new so I didnt get in b/c of that and I applied late. They had interviews and they had personal statements back then and they have always had this and they have it now. What year did you apply? Is it that you know somebody? I can see you not have 1 but the other, but both...Hmmm thats questionable....
