Hey guys... LVP/LPN Cali
So basically its my 2nd time taking it this year.
The first time i took i felt confident answering with ease until i got to the point the majority of the questions that kept on appearing was "Select All that Apply". Till the time it got to the 85th questions i was really confident that it was gonna stop... but it didnt. it kept on going till 120. I had 1 pharma. i had 1 EKG, and precautions.. i can't recall on the SAA questions. I did not do the VUE trick. Unfortunately i did not pass and got my results. Every category was "near the passing standard".
My choice of my materials were "2014 kaplan strategy book" , "Saunders" 4th edition. and flashcards for meds.
So the 2nd time i took it was today June 17,2015. and i have purchased the cream of the crop for kaplan. REALLY expensive. i just wanted to get it over with. I had some hand down notes thru friends/family. Studied a good amount a day and took it slowly answering 50 questions a day instead of 300-500 on what i was use too. i really made sure i learned in's and out of everything. Thruout lab values, s/s of disorders, peds, meds, prenatal.. everything. And then again i just stuck to one material. right when i got there i made sure to write as much as i can on the stratch sheet. from labs, and antitodes etc. i have stopped at 85 which i am not that confident about. 2 math, 10 select all that apply, lets of teaching and also lots of teaching/looking for the wrong answer. I AM Really not confident with my self. and it feels like im just going on and on about my situation. lol. ive been reading a few trends on the recent nclex takers and YES i have tried the VUE tricked. and it made me go straight to the CC.. all the way too the point where i just needed to submit my CC.
then to some trends i have read gave a little light at the end of the tunnel. Can somebody here i can relate with? thru the process on what i have been thru for 2015?. Im still waiting.. but the patience is really killing me.

Well first thing is you have to use a real card without any money on it .. If it asking for a different card ... Like it will say not enough funds ... Use other card then you failed but that is the only way to see for sure
OK. i will try that. hopefully i get the good pop up. thank you.
