I have the hesi entrance study guide, but I am confused on how to take the test. I have been told that it is a computerized test and that it starts without any instructions. I was also told that reading scenarios pop up on the screen in windows. Is this test computer friendly or is it tricky to confuse you. I just thought I had to review for reading comprehension and math. Can anyone explain the instructions for taking the hesi entrance exam on the computer.

You should be instructed by testing personnel before the test. My HESI was multiple choice and it wasnt' that bad. If you have Physiology and Anatomy fresh in your head you will do fine.
