ok... im a little worried cause if there are calculations then we need a periodic table... maybe im just freaking out too much.. i take the exam on wednesday.. ive mastered valence e-, covalent and ionic bonds, basic vocab of chem, electron configuration, common acids and bases, and naming compounds... any of that ring a bell? thanks in advance!

i think there are questions about acids and bases as well as chemical bonding. sorry, i can't remember anything else. good luck on the test.

thanks for your help!!

Roe,

Thank you for all your help :) but did u see the vocabulary words repeat from the first test?

-Niliza

it's hasn't even been a week and i can barely remember the words from my second hesi much less the first one. haha. i'm sorry. everyone wants to know things that came up and i can barely remember what's on it. it's as if my brain has selective memory and decided to just delete the hesi test now that i'm done with it. haha.

Roe,

aww..i know how you feel...its okay if you dont rmr but can you try to rmr if during the test u thought as if u saw those vocabulary repeat?

Luvsunshine,

i hope the best.

From my understanding, you can't retake the test unless it has been 30 days since the last time you took it.

I too am applying to UT-Houston. I haven't taken the exam yet and I'm freaked out. Any tips?

Can somebody please tell me the format of the exam? The Hesi Evolve Reach Admission Assessment book does not explain the format clearly... also, I'm taking all sections so any information will be helpful... as in the amount of time allotted for each. And what is the critical thinking section about? Is it just scenarios a nurse would possibly go through and what you would do as a nurse?

Thanks!

hey, lovesunshine

how did you do? :hpygrp:
