Herzing Alabama LPN to RN

Published

Anyone starting the LPN to Rn bridge program in Alabama in the summer of 2019? Just wanted to get more info on your thoughts on the program for pre-nursing students and those already accepted into the college. Have you completed your pre-requisites courses?

I was in the program. The experience was not great for me, but I know it was for others.

Can you please explain. What made your experience not so enjoyable? Where all your prerequisites done prior to acceptance? Any info would be such a huge help.

I will applying for the LPN-RN program at Herzing University in Alabama in September. I am moving there for the nursing program from Louisiana since it is one year. I have to take my Teas test first. I have to score a 51% or above. I bought the ATI Teas 6 Secrets Study Guide with test A &B. I am going to take the test in two weeks. I also have to apply for the Alabama nursing license. I have three months to get this together. If anyone could tell me about their nursing class experience with Herzing in Alabama I would really appreciate it.

I would save my money and not attend this school. They are very unprofessional and do not care about there students. There only interested in profiting off of them without providing them a good education. There are teachers in there without their credentials.

Hi Nascheka. Did you apply for the program, If so what was your experience?

Hi Lazor. I'm looking into going. I have a workmate that finished in May 2019.

I'm applying this year. I have a workmate who graduated in August.

You won't have any problem getting in there requirements are below bare minimum. If you have at least a C they'll take you. And at the time of your coworker graduating the teachers have changed. Med surg 1 that school failed 31 students. That's a whole nursing program just about. Good luck too you if that's your choice

Did you decide not to go?

I'm coming from Georgia and looking for a couple students to carpool with.

I did go and it was a huge mistake 15k in debt for nothing. There so unprofessional. If I had someone talk to me the way I talk to you I could have done things the right way and saved myself the headache.

Did you decided on another program?
