Hi everyone! I graduated with my BSN in December of 2019, and I am having a hard time landing a job. Some Summer residency programs are opening and my first choice is a local children's hospital in the NICU.
My resume and CL are attached! Any and all criticism is appreciated!

Your cover letter is way too long and dense. Need to keep it short simple and sweet. (KISS) see guide and sample here: http://nursing.yale.edu/sites/default/files/nursing_cover_letter_made_easy_0.pdf
resume - omit clinicals as everyone has the same thing, it’s a space filler. you listed an lpn degree I would suggest include any lpn work experience. If language skills apply list that on its own line. Add any computing skills specific EHR name, Microsoft word etc. expiration dates no need to write it because it’s assumed all are active. Good luck

No no no,
The only part I liked was where you took notice of the response and pace of the nicu staff and it made you more interested in training for that area.
Class clinicals are not "experience"
any second languages ? There are great jobs in some very diverse areas. They are looking for a nicu at NYP Colombia ......
