I would suggest buying an NCLEX study book and reviewing the material from there.

The NCLEX is not the kind of exam where everyone gets the same test and therefore can tell you what to study. Everything you learned in nursing school is fair game and should be expected to be on your test. The NCLEX is designed to ask you questions until it is certain that you are either competent or incompetent. Some people report getting hammered with a lot of OB or calculations or ortho questions, probably because they were not consistently above or below the passing level in those areas. Others might answer very well for enough questions that they never see those questions again.
As was suggested, get your self a review book designed to prepare you for the NCLEX. What you should study is everything you learned in nursing school. Good luck

What do u suggest is the best book to study from?
There isn't a "best book", as there are differences depending on what you need, what kind of learner you are. Some people are great with sitting down with a book and a pencil and highlighter. Others need to do practice questions/tests on a computer program so that it mimics the look of the NCLEX exam itself. Some people need a more in-depth knowledge review and others have the knowledge down pat but need to focus on the strategy of NCLEX-style questions.
I suggest you look around on this forum, the one for other students and new grads who are in the same boat as you, and see what they think of the programs they are using. One of them will be right for you :-)
