I took the NCLEX on October 29, and just checked by paid $ 7.95 to know that I pass it. I will move to PA from IA in the future. Do I still need to retake the test when I do the Endorsement there?...

    No, you don't.

    Generally the NCLEX is taken just the once however there are times when the state may decide that you have to resit the exam and this is usually when you have let your license lapse for a few years

    NCLEX=National Council Licensure EXamination

    It is a national examination for all the states. Once you take it, you never take it again unless something like Silverdragon102 pointed out.
