help the school messed up my grade and now stating i didn't pass!

Please help me! I am not sure what to do. I received a passing grade on my report card that they sent me in the mail and now the school is saying I did not pass pharmacology. I have tried to talk to the school about it and they just keep telling me it was a clerical error and that I did not pass the course. How could they make that kind of mistake? How do I go from F to a C with a two point difference? I have contacted the campus director and she was no help. The third term students are only in their second week so I have not missed anything. Should I contact the Ohio Board of Nursing? I hope someone can help me. thanks

I hope you can figure something out. In our program, you cannot make below a 80 in any of the classes, and that included Pharmacology. Even though it was an error, a C in Pharmacology at my school would have got you booted out as well. I hope you can figure something out. ]= I'm stressing because my Med-Surg I final is in the morning...

Contact the instructor. They are responsible for submitting the grade to the school.

I went a spring break not knowing if I passed or not. I showed up that following monday and the director tried to hand me a report card that said I failed, after they sent me one in the mail that said I passed. either way I can't understand how they could make this kind of mistake. The students have had other issuses

Definitely talk with the instructors. Did you keep record of your exams? That will help make your case if you are certain you passed.

Do you keep records of your grades? If not, perhaps the instructor will give you your tests scores and checks off again. Then I would compare the numbers with the syllabus to see if I indeed earned a passing grade. People make mistakes…we’re human. The question is how do you think you did in the class? If you know you failed, the administrative mistake will not keep you in the program. If you did not fail, I would be acting quickly so that you don’t miss anymore time.

:bugeyes: Oh my gosh... we are involved in some really hard courses. I don't know what to tell you, I am panicking right now for you... just took an AP exam that I don't feel very good abot. I ahve an 86 in the class. But I know that grades can fall fast.
