Help with a Research Survey on Bullying, Organizational Response to Bullying, and Well-Being

Hello fellow nurses,

I am studying nurse well-being in the context of the work environment. I'm conducting a research survey that asks about experiences of bullying, organizational response to bullying (i.e. actions your took organization do before/after bullying occurred), and well-being.

Survey needs a N/A on many questions. Several questions make the assumption that I have been bullied.
