help on registration on PVue

i submitted all my papers to TX BON with my "single" name on it. Just last month, i got married. Now that BON received my papers and the CES report from CGFNS, they told me to pay and register in PVue already.

I am really confused on what name shall i use. I wanted to use my married name but there would be discrepancies in my paper. Any idea on what i should do?

@silverdragon it's not on the CGFNS application I made the mistake... It's on the actual state board of nursing. I found out after I get a copy of my CES report. They have the correct graduation date.. I'm so worried that I have stop studying. So nervous right now

Just contact the BON then and explain mistake there
