help on registration on PVue

Did you change your name legally and ID such as drivers license?

If yes then process name change with TXBoN first. Once confirmed apply to Pearson Vue and your ATT will be issued in the correct name and your ID will match.

If not and you don't want to wait to test. Since legally you haven't changed your name and ID will still be maiden name and your application, ATT and ID will all match.

my PH passport is still in my maiden name, will expire on 2015. That's the only valid ID i have now. My SSN is in my married name. I dont have driver's license or state ID since im still waiting for my greencard. Couldn't do much with GC anyway.

would it be okay to just continue the process with my maiden name, then change it to my married name after i pass the exam and get my nursing license, which i hope and pray so?

You need to contact TXBoN and PV customer service as your situation is not typical. If you look at PV they have an email & phone to contact regarding situations such as yours.

Hi kabayan it's ok to use just ur passport,my case is same like yours.all id's under my single name same wd my passport.the impt.thing is d ID that ull present at Pearson vue shld.match on your application wd BON.

Use your married name. Do not worry about the passport. What's important is you have the SSN. And during the exam day, just bring your original married ceritificate or if it's photocopy only make sure it is certified true copy.

Depending on the BON I think I would go ahead and just book and use passport as ID and then send a change of name form to the BON

All you can do is write to CGFNS and explain the mistake and they will amend your file accordingly

@silverdragon it's not on the CGFNS application I made the mistake... It's on the actual state board of nursing. I found out after I get a copy of my CES report. They have the correct graduation date.. I'm so worried that I have stop studying. So nervous right now
