Hi,
I'm thinking back to questions I was asked for my interview quite a few years ago:
Of course you get the always popular - How do you handle conflict?
Describe effective communication?
etc...
But questions specific to the O.R. are a little different- They like to give you scenarios to see how you would handle them, for example, I was asked:
- How have you advocated for a patient?
- The Dr. begins a laparoscope for lysis of adhesions and discovers dead bowel-what should you do? The answer they're looking for is -Open the laparotomy set, because this procedure will not be able to be a laparoscopic one.
- You hear two Dr.'s discussing a different patient while the patient in the theatre is being anesthetised, but not yet asleep- what do you do? The answer is to remind the Dr.'s that the patient is still awake and to be quiet.
- You go to pick up the next patient and find a family member on the floor. You don't know what happened- what do you do? The answer is to treat it like any other emergency call for help and ABC
- They always ask if you have any preexisting injuries that would limit you, because the instrument pans are quite heavy and they want to make sure you can handle the job.
I hope this helps, be confident-if this is your dream job, tell them! Good luck!

You'll do okay, just try and remain positive. I bet you'll do great!
Here are some pointers for education purposes. Examples for the word 'loose' in a sentence. Should have said in your above post......, "I don't want to lose this chance."
lose - Means to come to be without. Ex. I have lost something. I will lose this tooth if I don't get it fixed.
loose - Means not attached. ex. I have a loose tooth.
