i was wondering about the requirements of the texas BON (endorsement RN)...

am i still eligble coz i just found out 3 days ago that i passed but i have CA license and i don't have any experience over there and now i'm currently residing here in texas. am i still eligible to apply TX license?

I have another query on the VERIFICATION OF RN LICENSURE FORM..Part I of this form asks the applicant bout (a) Original state of licensure, (b) issue date of original licensure & © original license number...As i hav said in my previous post, im a foreign-educated one & holds a license (RN) in the Philippines..How am i supposed to answer items a,b & c knowing that I dont hold california license due to the absence of my SSN?I am so confused with these..please help me guys..tnx

for the verification you will have 1 copy each for california and the other one for PRC in the philippines.

for california verification questions, answer the following:

a) california, USA

b) date of your exam

c) you will leave this blank since a license number cannot be issued.

hi guys if that is true im one of the nurses planning to endorse my nclex to texas.That they dont require CES.SSN? and i just like to asked together with the form of endorsement is fingerprint and payment of 200 dollar how about Picture of passport size is it also a requirement?hope for youre response

yeah, endorsing the license is really easy.

yes, they don't require ces and ssn for the endorsement of license.

you don't need the picture really. all you need for the endorsement is the filled-out endorsement form of texas, the $200 check, the letter from your original state stating you passed your NCLEX exam, the fingerprint card as well. and that's it...

yeah, endorsing the license is really easy.

yes, they don't require ces and ssn for the endorsement of license.

you don't need the picture really. all you need for the endorsement is the filled-out endorsement form of texas, the $200 check, the letter from your original state stating you passed your NCLEX exam, the fingerprint card as well. and that's it...

and dont forget about your verification from your original country and also your verification from california. just fill out the verification forms 1 copy for california and 1 for your original country. then include $60 for california with your letter of passing the NCLEX exam and then send it to them...

everything else should be done after that...

you will do that verification as well with original country, like for mine i am from the PHILIPPINES

as far you i know, if you want to endorse it to texas, you will need to download the form of the verification from the state of texas website. just fill out that form then you will send that to california together with your $60 and then your letter from california board of registered nursing that you passed the nclex exam....

you will do that verification as well with original country, like for mine i am from the PHILIPPINES so i downloaded as well a verification form for my license from the PRC and then prc will be the one to send it to california after paying it off..

yes texas will be the state i will transfer my nclex exam.so if i submit the verification form together with the 60 dollar then cali.will send it to texas together with the letter from cali that i passed the nclex.?is that it bec. yes i have the letter stating that i passed the nclex in cali.but that was before 2006.in my understanding is it cali will be the one giving the letter that i passed the nclex together with the verification form that i download to texas.? by the way im from the philippines.

is this the requirement needed?

1.application form together with 200 dollar

2.verification form with prc

3.verification form cali with 60 dollar

the passed letter where will i attach it?

and by the way the passed letter is that the candidate report worth 10 dollar or the first letter that i received from cali that i passed the nclex then i have to provide a SSN or else my file will be abandoned?

and other thing is i just went to US embassy manila this morning to get a finger print card they have given me two set the other one has a new mexico address in origin the other one has no address in origin they told me i can use it in any state which one will i use?
