i was wondering about the requirements of the texas BON (endorsement RN)...
am i still eligble coz i just found out 3 days ago that i passed but i have CA license and i don't have any experience over there and now i'm currently residing here in texas. am i still eligible to apply TX license?
i need your help badly! i recently passed the nclex-rn in arknasas but haven't issued a permanent license due to ssn and so i want to have my passed result be transferred to texas. here are my questions:
1. will i send my application first and later send the vol forms coming from the licensing agencies?
2. can i use the fbi fingerprint card issued by the us embassy in manila even if the "ori" part is blank?
3. my biggest dillema is this, i e-mailed the ar bon to know the process of obtaining a letter and also the filling up of the vol form. however, they replied with this: "the only "letter" that we send is that which you have already received." i received 2 pages from them: 1. letter telling me that i did pass and that they're requiring me to have a ssn. 2. nclex_rn candidate form.
i am really confuse on what to do. esp. on no. 3.
hi guys im in the philippines how do you pay for the endorsement fees? if its a check drawn from a US bank account
\
you can try to ask someone who is in the US to put a money order for BON texas under your name or i think demand draft from any bank is okay still...
i paid thru US money order. i just asked a friend to do it for me...

Hello, I am new to this website. Anyway I am also a new grad LPN/LVN from AZ and I need to do the Texas endorsement thing too, however I do not have $200.00 right now, how much does it cost for just a temporary one, or do you have to pay the $200.00?

you need to pay $200 for the endorsement of your license and you should also pay necessary fees to AZ BON for them to fill out the forms of your verification of license...

for the verification you will have 1 copy each for california and the other one for PRC in the philippines.
for california verification questions, answer the following:
a) california, USA
b) date of your exam
c) you will leave this blank since a license number cannot be issued.
how about the copy for PRC (Philippines)??? will I leave ds items a, b & c blank??tnx
*******
that is a big no, no... you have to write all the needed information
for the
the following would be on how you will answer the verification of license for california and philippines...
(a) Original state of licensure,
--> for california you will write california, usa
--> for philippines, write philippines
(b) issue date of original licensure
--> for california that would be the date of your nclex exam
--> for philippines; check the date of the date of registration with your PRC card. it should be there & that is usually the date that the results of our NLE exam came out.
© original license number
--> for california, leave this blank (YOU DON'T HAVE ONE SINSE YOU DON'T HAVE SSN)
--> for philippines, check your PRC card you should have it there...(That would be your registration number)
