I have someone who came in with a fall at home with a nasal fx and a orital fx. hx of CHF, HTN, hypercholestrol, and MI. I need three Nandas. So far i have Pain

You really do need to do the research. There is a very good reason for carep lans in nursing school. They are a learning tool. Yes, a learning tool, but you won't really appreciate just how much you really learn until you are out in the world as a nurse. Then you can pull the info you need out of your head in a flash.
