Hi Everybody,
I'm in desperate need of some answers. My father was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome in March of this year. He is the early stages of AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia). He will be starting Chemo soon but as of right now The University of Michigan (where he will be receiving treatments) sugguested he receive a bone marrow transplant but told him last night that they are having a difficult time finding a match. I don't know what to do, I'm searching all avenues to find answers and help as this is hard for me to stomach right now. I feel soooo helpless.
