I had my interview with Banner today. Very laid back and comfortable. Four people on the oral board. Asked approx 8 questions...everything they asked related to their mission statement, values and vision of Banner. So review that and you should be good to go.
Thank-you for your help! I new it focused on the mission statement. If you can think of any of the questions let me know. Good-luck to you! I'm glad you felt comfortable.
Thanks again,

I'm pretty sure the respondent, as well as myself, are purposely NOT telling you the specific questions; that would be an unfair advantage.
Ya think?
Good luck to you!

Just be sure to draw examples for each question from different areas of your life. It will make you seem like a well-balanced person with talents in diverse areas. For instance give examples from college life, family life, church, community, etc. On a few of the questions I even gave examples from two areas of my life because both seemed like good answers. The people were friendly, too. Just dress up, be yourself, make eye contact with everyone in turn, and try to come up with some questions in the end when they ask if you have any questions about the program.
;)Very helpful advice. That really helps me! I think you're right when they want to hear different aspects of your life. Sounds like you did awsome.
