Number of questions has no bearing on your results or determining ahead of time if one has passed the exam.
People pass with every number of questions, and not just 75 or 265. They also do not pass with those same numbers as well.
There is absolutely no way to determine if you have passed or not by the number of questions or anything else. You are going to have to wait for your results.
Best of luck to you.
good luck to you! i know exactly what you are going through! i took my test on jan 20th. my school just sent out transcripts this past week, so i'm hoping to get some good news this week! i'm going on 3 weeks of waiting now...pure torture! the only thing that was getting me through was the fact that i knew my transcripts hadn't been sent yet. don't have that comfort anymore!
hope you get some good news this week too!!

I took my Nclex-RN today and got 190+ questions. I don't know the exact number of questions. Most people in my graduation class got either 75 or 265 questions and have passed. I am worried that I didn't pass!!! I wonder if there is anyone out there that got 190+ questions and passed? *sigh* Please help!~!
Thanks!~!
