I was mislead by the school I was supposed to be going to for the LPN-RN bridge program here in Utah, therefore, I missed the deadline to begin in January! I can't wait until year to get into the program! I called Nightingale College and they require to have Patho, Anatomy/physio completed within the last 7 yrs! I have been an LPN for 10 yrs now and it is absurd to have to retake those courses! Please, can anyone tell me if they know of a online LPN-RN program and one that doesn't have those requirements!?

I seriously doubt you will find a program that does not have time limits on science courses.

Community colleges are sometimes more lenient with classes. Maybe one will not have an expiration on classes.
