Help! I got 2 different pop ups!

So I just took the nclex exam and my computer shut down at 75 questions and i swear nearly half of them were SATA. About 30 min later my friend tried to re-register for me and I got the "good pop up". I went home about an hour and a half later and wanted to see the good pop up for myself....welllllll no instead NOW I get the pop up that says, "The candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time." WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? Did they take back my good pop up because they decided I failed or do you think the place just smudged my finger prints or something?? Someone please help me I'm FREAKING out!!!

This happened to a friend of mine recently. She got the good pop up and then the hold message. She passed, but it was stressful 2 days while waiting for the state board to update her status!

Ahhhh finally someone else this happened to! That makes me feel a lot better! Im wondering why would I pass and then they put a hold on my account...I was wondering if that meant that my passing one meant nothing? Thank you so much for the info.
