Help with direct entry MSN personal statement

I completed a draft of my personal statement for a direct entry MSN program and would love some feedback from a current RN/NP and/or graduate of a direct entry MSN program. Thanks so much in advance

Just go get your RN, you'll make more money in the long run. I have been an for a NP a while and wished I stayed bedside sometimes. Staff and travel RNs are making much more than me in this climate.

I am a new nurse but I also applied for a direct entry doctorate's and got feedback on a statement. I can review something for you if you need, I would also suggest a career center or a mentor reviewing something for you (unit manager?) Good luck!
