I have been accepted to both CSUEB and SJSU for Fall 2014, but before I accept I want to know how the programs are at each school. Help?! Anyone who has knowledge or has been/is in the program please share experience! I have heard good and bad with both programs (I assume as with any other), but I want as much info I can get before I accept. Also, distance won't be much of an issue. I am mainly concerned about which program is better. THANK YOU!

I can only speak for CSUEB. I can tell you that I am very glad that I chose this school. One of the main things I think that gets over looked with a school is the attrition rate. Ours is very low. Also the program does a good job of giving you some sort of foundation before just throwing you into clinicals. Also keep in mind that CSUEB is on the quarter system, so that may or may not be a good fit for you.
Thanks for your input! I would love to know more, just because I have not heard from anyone who was/is in the nursing program at CSUEB. Also, how is it being on a quarter system?
I actually enjoy the quarter system. It's more fast paced obviously but I didn't mind it because you still have enough time to get enough studying in. If you are really bad at procrastinating it can help keep you motivated. However, it can also be sort of a kill shot for some people. If you have more questions you can feel free to PM me. Good luck choosing.
