  1. Glad to hear, congrats! I am looking at the Hayward campus, but I am still deciding between that and SJSU. Im trying to get as much info I can from people who know who each program are before I make a decision.
  2. Take it when you have the time to study for it and also to allow enough time in between before you apply for the program just incase you want/need to retake it for a higher score.
  3. For my experience, the actual test was a bit harder than the practice test. At least the math section was. Other than that, it was somewhat similar and the practice tests should really help.
  4. It does depend on how competitive the program is. Some take Cs as the minimum grade while others prefer Bs. Just keep in mind that if you decide to retake it that some schools won't look at the repeated course grade since a C is a passing grade.
  5. Hello! I also got accepted for Fall 2014. Did you already accept and state that concord is your preferred campus?
  6. Best of luck to you!
  7. Its normal to be nervous during the whole process. I was always nervous from making sure I get good grades for all my pre-reqs to studying and taking my TEAS to applying for the schools and programs. Just stay focused and motivated and you'll be fine!
  8. I also am not familiar with this university's policy, but some schools look at the main science pre-req GPA separately from the other classes. But contact the school just to be sure.
  9. Do you think you have a good chance of getting into your top choice school?
  10. I know they 10 points for native students are extra points to honor them in some way for being at the university and wanting to apply for nursing.
  11. Congrats to those who got in! Does anyone know how the nursing program is at SJSU? Good/bad or any information about experience?
  12. Is SJSU nursing program bad as in they do not prepare you well enough/do not get the help you need?
  13. Thanks for your input! I would love to know more, just because I have not heard from anyone who was/is in the nursing program at CSUEB. Also, how is it being on a quarter system?
  14. I have been accepted to both CSUEB and SJSU for Fall 2014, but before I accept I want to know how the programs are at each school. Help?! Anyone who has knowledge or has been/is in the program please share experience! I have heard good and bad with both programs (I assume as with any other), but I want as much info I can get before I accept. Also, distance won't be much of an issue. I am mainly concerned about which program is better. THANK YOU!
