I'm sorry, I don't know you and I've never worked with you, so I surely am not able to answer your question about something you've done where you used problem-solving. I know I use problem-solving every day that I work.
Do you think the fact that you needed to ask here suggests that perhaps your problem-solving skills are in need of further development?
Good luck with the job!

Can you think of a time that a patient had a need where you facility didn't have just the right equipment or supplies so you found something else to use? Or you realized the treatment plan wasn't correct so you brought about the needed changes?
And organization and planning skills? Whew, I do this every shift from the time I hit the floor. Who do I need to see first? What do I need to have on hand for a dressing change? How am I going to get all my fingersticks done, meds passed, and do a discharge and admit all at the same time?
