HELP!!! After pursuing my RN, and taking pre-req's at one school & attending another for my ADN, I am one humanities class short for my ADN. I plan to finish in December. The dilemma is further complicated by the budget situations in CA. The chances of any humanities classes being offered this summer is pretty low. I am trying to figure out where to get the lousy 3 units that I need. I would prefer an online class, where time away from home is minimal. Also, I would really like to do this before I start my last semester mid August. Any ideas where to look???? $$ is somewhat of a factor, but if I find something that works, I will figure that part out too. TIA
Try Cerro Coso Community College. The have a lot of on-line courses. http://cconline.cerrocoso.edu/
I would also look closely at your current school. With being 1 semester from graduation, you should have enough priority registration to get into any course that was available.
I know you have probably resolved this but American River College in Sacramento, CA has a few online music courses that are super easy. I forget the number the MUFHL is the course beginning. Then Sacramento City College has online history. If you go to Sacramento City College and click on... scratch that, here is the link just select summer 2011 and select all colleges and it gives you four schools then you select subject and there are online courses integrated in the schedule.

That's the link to the courses, they have quite a bit of options and the prices are fairly reasonable for distance ed.
