Help Baby #3 and nursing school

I am a 26 yr mother of 2. I will be starting nursing school fall of 2016. My husband and I have talked about another child but after I graduate. However here lately having another child before graduation has been the topic here lately. From all the stories ive heard it is extremely difficult to have a new born or be pregnant while in nursing school. I've tried explaining this to him but he seems to think now is the time for another child due to the children's ages apart. We have 10 yr girl 5 yr girl. Does anyone have any advice for me? I don't want to deprive my husband of wanting a child (i as well want another) but I just feel the timing is wrong. I'm nervous from all the stories that it will be a lot on my plate. If you've read the stories then you know what you're in for. You've been pregnant twice before you know what it's like & know the possible risks. Have you talked to your school to what their take on pregnancy during school is? Personally I would wait until you've worked a year as a nurse so you have maternity leave. You worked so hard to get into nursing school, what is more important school or a baby? What if this pregnancy is complicated & then you get put on bed rest? You need to explain all of this to your husband.

I really want another child but my first was complicated & I was put on bed rest, if I was in school I would've had to drop out. I was working so I had to quit my job because I just started. But if I had been there a year I would've qualified for FMLA & maternity leave. These are all things you need to think about.

I am in the exact same situation except that I am 45, my kids are 29 and 32 and my husband is in jail. Let me know what you decide and I will do the same! :wacky:

Wait to get pregnant until few months from finishing nursing school

You are 26, you can wait till you are done with nursing school to get pregnant or get pregnant a few months before you are done. My children are 11 and 5 and I would love to have another one but there is no way am willing to do that before school.
