Hi Kandi,

I am not a nurse (yet) but I know that w/o a doubt that it is impossible for a cna to obtain a RN degree online. The school's that offer RN degrees online are usually only open to LPNs trying to get an RN degree Or RNs with an associate who are going for a bachelors. I have heard of some that are open to Paramedics but that is about it. I think that school just wants you money and they told you what you want to hear.
